The Rewards Program is a free program where members can earn points that turn into Reward Certificates. These Rewards Certificates can be redeemed for dollars off any order!
If you already have an online account: Login into your account and find the Rewards Program on the main My Account page and click on the join button. Once completed, you will be a member and automatically start earning points.

If you don’t have an online account, please create onehere. When creating your account make sure you check the box to join the Rewards Program.
Yes, this is a different program than the benefits you get through any of our Fullbeauty Platinum Credit Cards.
Cardholders who join this new Rewards Program will earn additional points separate from the points issued through Fullbeauty Platinum Credit Cards. These Reward points and certificates will be available via your Online Account on this website.
As a Rewards Program member, you’ll initially earn 15 points for every $1 spent when you use any Fullbeauty Brands Platinum Credit Card. Rewards members using other payment methods will initially earn only 10 points per $1 spent.
No, you can’t combine the points earned by using any of our Fullbeauty Brands Platinum Credit Cards and points earned through this Reward Program. These are two separate programs.
Earn points by making a purchase on this website or on any of our family of brands, available at the navigation at the very top of the website. Or by placing an order through an agent via our call center.

Points are earned at the time your items are shipped from our warehouse.
You will earn points on most items, however there are items that are excluded including: gift card purchases, the purchase of any paid loyalty program such as Catherines Perks or Woman Within Loyalty Club.

Points will not be earned on any shipping charges, tax charges, or when you redeem a certificate.

Points are pending at the time your items are shipped from our warehouse. 30 days after your items have been shipped your points will appear in your Rewards account.

Therefore, if a single order has multiple shipments, points will be deposited 30 days after each shipment.
Once you’ve accumulated enough points and have met the earning threshold, points are automatically converted into a Rewards Certificate. Rewards Certificate information will be available anytime via the Rewards section of your Online Account. You will also receive email notifications that a certificate has been earned and reminders to use it before expiration.
Rewards Certificates are good for 90 days after being issued. After 90 days the certificate expires, and the amount is forfeited.
To redeem a Rewards Certificate online, enter the Rewards Certificate number in the Shopping Bag or in Checkout in the field that says, “Promotions & Rewards”. This is the same field that coupon codes are entered. If your Rewards Certificate number is accepted, the website will indicate a successful redemption.

To redeem on the phone, tell an associate you have an available Rewards Certificate and provide the Rewards Certificate number OR the phone number and email address associated with your Rewards Account.
Yes, you can use multiple Rewards Certificates on a single order! Just enter the Certificate’s code in the shopping bag or at checkout.

In addition, you can use Rewards Certificates from multiple programs at the same time. For example, certificates earned through this Rewards Program and through any Fullbeauty Platinum Credit cards.
If you return a purchase for which you earned points, the points associated with that item(s) will be deducted from your points balance. This may result in a negative points balance and will require additional points to bring your account back to a positive balance before you can start earning towards a certificate.
If the exchange is for an item of equal value, then the original points issued for that item will remain in your account. In the event of an exchange of an item of lesser value, the difference in value from your original purchase will be deducted from your Rewards account balance.
All members start out at the Silver level of the program. Once you’ve earned 3,500 points you will reach the Gold tier and begin to earn more points for every dollar. Once you’ve earned 8,750 points you will have reached the Elite tier, which is the highest level of the program.
First, make sure you’ve waited 30 days after your items have been shipped to allow for the points to be deposited into your account. Next, check to see if your purchase contained any items that are ineligible for point accrual. That includes gift cards, taxes, shipping, and paid loyalty memberships. If you still feel like there is an error with your Rewards points, please contact our call center at: 1-844-418-2887 (TDD/TTY 1-877-478-0611)
Update via phone: You can call our Customer Service team at 1-844-418-2887 (TDD/TTY 1-877-478-0611) to update any information related to your Rewards Account.

Update via the website: Login into your Online Account via the navigation in the upper right of the website. In your Profile, update any of the information associated with your Online Account, which also applies to your Rewards Account.

TO CANCEL YOUR FREE MEMBERSHIP: Call our Customer Service team at 1-844-418-2887 (TDD/TTY 1-877-478-0611) to cancel your participation in the Rewards Program. You will no longer earn points, Rewards Certificates or other program benefits. All unused and points and valid Rewards Certificates will be forfeited.
